The following terms and conditions apply to all Englemed subscription services:

1. Englemed will not supply or sell mailing lists to other organisations.
2. Mailings may include advertising but only in addition to editorial material and never comprising more than 25 per cent of the text.
3. The words used and the presentational ideas used by Englemed are copyright and must not be reproduced or published without prior agreement. Please contact busdev@englemed.co.uk to discuss any publication requests.

The following terms and conditions apply to paid subscriptions:

1. Englemed will endeavour to respond to the first archive request in any one week within 24 hours. At busy periods replies may take longer. Replies to supplementary requests may take longer.
2. Archive searches are by e-mail request only.
3. Subscribers have a right to request access to archives as long as their subscription is up-to-date. A subscription expires when the specified number of mailings has been dispatched.
4. Englemed will supply a maximum of five stories in response to each archive request.
5. Englemed reserves the right to post archive material for free consumption on its web pages.
6. Archive stories will be supplied in HTML format.
7. Subscriptions are not refundable. Englemed cannot guarantee the time period over which material will be dispatched to subscribers. Subscriptions for busy topics may expire rapidly while material for other topics may be relatively infrequent.
8. Pay2See and its proprietors Perimele Ltd operate independently of Englemed and set their own terms and conditions.
